I had my daughter last year and I took her to Faith PediatricsI am a first time mom so I was super nervous about everythingThe nurses are amazing and they made me feel so comfortableBeing a first time mom you really need that comfort when people are handling your childDr [redacted] is an AWESOME doctorMy mom told me about him because both of my younger brothers went to him growing upAll the other doctors that work along with him are GREATI saw [redacted] a lot and she was amazingAs far as the office staff I have had great experiences with [redacted] She really helped me with checking in when my daughter had her doctor's appointmentsThere was only one problem I had at Faith Pediatrics and that happened when my daughter was running a feverThe night before I called after hours phone line and Dr [redacted] called me back and told me what to do and then told me to call the office first thing and make a appointment to bring her inMe and her father brought her to the doctor's officeMy daughter has [redacted] and when they would put her [redacted] number in it was saying she was not coveredWell by that time we had been there minutes and we were sitting in the lobby and my daughter had a fever and I was getting so frustratedSo I began calling [redacted] trying to get through by this time we were there for over an hour and my daughter had fell off to sleep not feeling goodThe office manager [redacted] would not see my baby because the insurance was not showing coverageBy this time I am getting upset and I start to take her to the ER but I finally got throughMy [redacted] was so upset because she said their computer system had went down that's why it was showing no coverage and I had to give my phone to the girl at the front desk and we had to wait till my [redacted] sent an email to Faith Pediatrics before they would see herThe office manager had a look on her face like she didn't even careMy [redacted] said they were still supposed to see her and then bill themSo I then decided to take my daughter away because I couldn't go through that againI really hated to take her away because I love Dr [redacted] and all the nursesMy child was sick and it really bothered me that the office manager treated us that waySince then I have spoke with Dr [redacted] and he apologized about thatHe also told me all the things they go through with [redacted] and I understand that but at that moment my baby girl was sick and that was more important to meSo if you decide to go here they are a GREAT pediatrician officeDr [redacted] knows what he is doingJust the office staff was a little slack or should I say the office managerThanks
