-----Original Message----- From: [redacted] Sent: Tuesday, September 29, 6:PM To: [redacted] Subject: Complaint [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, This is in response to Complaint ID [redacted] The complainant, [redacted] , is not and never has been a customer of our company, Faith Plumbing The property location of the work mentioned in the complaint is [redacted] and is owned by [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] and [redacted] hired Faith Plumbing on August 6, to do the plumbing work mentioned and [redacted] and [redacted] were also the payees of the plumbing work mentioned I was informed that [redacted] is their daughter and current tenant of the property location In [redacted] 's complaint she states that she called me and spoke with me, however, I have never received any phone calls from [redacted] , nor have I ever spoken to [redacted] in person, nor over the phoneMy business dealings and conversations have only been with [redacted] and [redacted] [redacted] did text me multiple times regarding the bill of the work that I completed for [redacted] and [redacted] I do not normally "text", however, in consideration that she is my customers' daughter I decided to respond to her texts I did ask her multiple times to call me with any issues she wanted to discuss, however, she would only communicate and respond via text messages I also tried to reach her via telephone, however, I received her voicemail I did leave her a message asking her to return my phone call, but she never did In [redacted] 's text messages she had demanded the bill for the work and the breakdown of the bill Faith Plumbing provides invoices and sales receipts to all of our customers and [redacted] is not and never has been one of our customers The sales receipt for the plumbing work mentioned was provided to [redacted] and [redacted] The texts messages from [redacted] had become incessant and since she would only respond and communicate via text messages I sent her a text of the charges -- in hopes of appeasing her and put an end to the numerous text messages She was upset that I had done that and demanded the actual bill I informed her that I would be willing to email her a copy of the sales receipt if she would provide me with her email address I requested for her email address twice, but she never did provide it I also called [redacted] and [redacted] requesting ***'s email address I had informed [redacted] that their daughter, ***, had been repeatedly texting me because she wanted the breakdown of the bill for the plumbing work [redacted] did not know ***'s email address and, instead, provided me with their email address Thus, I emailed the Sales Receipt to [redacted] and [redacted] and have since stopped reading and responding to ***'s text messages as I do not do business via text messages [redacted] is a loyal and repeat customer of Faith Plumbing [redacted] called me requesting plumbing work that was needed at the afore mentioned property address Upon inspection, I informed [redacted] that being that the toilet was old and not flushing properly, it would then be up to him ( [redacted] ) if he wanted it to be repaired or replaced [redacted] informed me that he wanted it replaced Also upon inspection, it was revealed that the toilet shut-off valve was also not working and would need to be replaced, which [redacted] agreed to Upon inspection of the kitchen sink, I found that the garbage disposal was leaking and a majority of the drainage pipes beneath needed to be replaced [redacted] agreed to have that work done alsoThe work that Faith Plumbing would render were discussed in person with [redacted] at the afore mentioned property location On August 6th Faith Plumbing replaced the toilet shut-off valve with necessary components; removed the old toilet and replaced with a new toilet bowl; removed the old garbage disposal and replaced it with new drainage pipes (and new basket strainers which were provided by [redacted] ); removed and remounted existing kitchen sink faucet Faith Plumbing also needed to alter the existing trap arm to accomodate new pipes After all the work was complete (on August 6th), I then discussed (in person with [redacted] and [redacted] ) all the work that Faith Plumbing had completed regarding the kitchen sink and the bathroom toilet, in addition to the parts and labor totals Immediately following that discussion, [redacted] thanked me for the work provided me with their payment by check along with a tip
