On Thursday, August 10th, Ms [redacted] called our Fulton Shop location and spoke with management regarding a purchase she wasn't happy withShe complain after braiding her kids hair using Rasta Fri Braid which she purchase from our store that her kids end up having lice, and blamed it on the Rasta Fri BraidMs [redacted] stated how she wanted her money back, and was taking the braid off her kids hair at onceManagement informed her of our company policy, and asked her to come in with her receipt showing she purchase the Rasta Fri Braid from our store, along with the lice Rasta Fri Braid hairMs [redacted] wasn't pleased with management responds because she found no need to show her receipt nor come by and show the Rasta Fri Braid in question, instead she starting using profound and racial words over the phoneManagement told her if she didn't stop using profound language that the call would be disconnectedMs [redacted] didn't stop, therefore management hung up on herOn Friday, August 11th, Ms [redacted] called the Fulton store again, and spoke to management once againShe told management that if she didn't get her money back that she would tell all her friends about how horrible the store is and how we refused to give her money back for some lice hair she purchaseManagement, again told her to come in with her receipt and the hair in questionShe started using profound words again, and management hung up on her againOn Saturday, August 12, one of Ms [redacted] friends came by the shop and spoke to management about how Ms [redacted] had told her about the lice hair she purchaseManagement showed Ms***'s friend the Rasta Fri Braid in questions, and Ms***'s friend agreed that there's no way she purchase the Rasta Fri Braid with liceMs [redacted] kids must've gotten the lice somewhere elsePlease note that Rasta Fri Braid is NOT HUMAN HAIR, it's made of modacrylic fiberModacrylics Fiber are soft, strong, resilient, and dimensionally stableThey can be easily dyed, show good press and shape retention, and are quick to dry, therefore they have outstanding resistance to chemicals and solvents, and are not attacked by moths or mildew, lice, and are non allergenicAlso, please note that Adult Lice can only live 3-days without a human head, and Baby Lice can only survive for a few hours without a human head to feed off, therefore in no way did Ms [redacted] purchase the product with Lice, or to even know if she really purchase the product from our location as she refuse to come by and show us the receipt and the braid hair in questionOur Rasta Fri Braid hair are purchase from oversea and our package sealed, we don't receive them from our vendors until they have been on US grounds for more than 3+ weeksAs a family owned company we take every complaint seriously and try our best to accommodate our customers request if they're unhappy with a product they purchase, but in Ms [redacted] case we were not able to accommodate her request for a refund without a receiptIf we issued a refund to every customer who didn't have a receipt, then we wouldn't be in business
