faith works had installed the seconderay cooling fan with out my authorization which was causing the car to over heat. I was told by several of the technicians that they did indeed replace the cooling fan. Faith work the called me an said they would not work on my car since I made a complaint with the Revdex.com. I have also had my attorney contact them an try resolve the issue as well an faith works told my attorney the same thing. I have missed out on 18 weeks of work and unable to pay my child support or pay my bills. I would like a refund from faith works so I can take my car elsewhere to be repaired
Update: On September 28, 2016 we mailed a check to Mr. [redacted] in the amount of $506.20. This amount is the total of two invoices in which Mr. [redacted] paid for AC repairs. Invoice number 4642 in the amount of $369.92 and invoice 4674 in the amount of $136.28. This concludes any responsibility that we may have towards Mr. [redacted]. Over the last five years we have overheard heated phone conversations with Mr. [redacted] and various other businesses and or persons. We we have repeatedly heard him threaten these people with lawsuits and other actions. Mr. [redacted] has also requested that we make statements on invoices with the intention of suing dealers and or sales people. This has happened on two separate occasions with two different vehicles. The last time we saw him he was doting in our waiting area about the fact that he was suing his friend/roommate. By giving Mr. [redacted] back his money we have simply chosen to end the distraction. We choose to get back to the purpose that we feel God has given us. “To care about people, and serve them with accuracy and integrity.” We have come to the realization there are people in this world who are thieves. If they can't steal your money through false witness then they will choose to steal your peace. We will no longer let Mr. [redacted] steal either. My only regret is that it took me this long to come to this realization. A true witness never lies;

I had an issue with my car and had my car towed to Faith Works Automotive. Not only did they fit me into their already extremely BUSY day, they fixed my car and restored it to perfection. The price I was charged for the service was GREAT! And it is no secret that Auto Mechanics (too many) lie and rip you off when they tell you what is wrong with your car and how much it will cost you to fix it. Well they didn't do that, they took their time fixed my car right, and charged me a fair and honest fee. NO extras!! Not only that... I couldn't pay for two more days (payday was two days away) the owner allowed me to leave with my car and allowed me to pay on the day the got paid!!! If you are looking for HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, GOOD work done to your car, and you don't want to worry about being ripped off. Faith Works is the only place I would trust.
