The company refuses to respond to a call for repairs on a unit they installed and have repaired twice previously

These guys came well after hours and with genuine smiles on their faces. They drove from Berea back to Lexington just to repair our AC. They were quick, thorough and very professional. We are a repeat customer now.
Most companies wanted thousands of dollars or just happy with a quick $80 service fee.

After a very negative experience with a "big" HVAC company, who ultimately told us we needed a new AC unit, we sought a second opinion. On the advise of a neighbor, we called Faithful Comfort and are so glad we did! They were wonderful. They arrived promptly, were informative, friendly, professional and honest. The problem was that the unit needed freon. Since this was done the AC is working better than ever. I can't say enough about dealing with Faithful Comfort and so appreciate their honesty. My husband and I highly recommend this company.
