Review: Faithful Real Estate Properties and [redacted] is not a trustworthy company. My husband and I enrolled in the No Credit Check Program through Mr [redacted] ' s Company Faithful Real Estate. We paid $600 to join the program to help pay to clean our credit along with an $8000.00 down payment. We were excited to purchase our 1st home so we decided to move to Gulfport Ms from New Orleans La. We moved in September 2014 and we was promised to move in our home in October 2014. It's now March 2015 and we still haven't moved into our home. We have been staying with a few of my friends and living in a hotel since September 2014. I decided to get an apartment because I noticed we wasn't getting a home. Mr [redacted] promised to pay us the money we put down as a down payment and in February 2015 we was supposed to receive the money. He called us and told us the lender made a mistake sending him the money. He told us it will be two more weeks well its almost another month. He has been avoiding my husband's calls. He promised to give my husband half of the deposit on March 26 2015 and he have not refund our down payment.Desired Settlement: We want the full down payment of $8000.00

Review: Decker R[redacted] has STOLEN $1350 from me and even after promising a refund for services NOT rendered. He made a promise, a written promise, that if he was unable to find me a house through his no credit check program, that my money would be refunded to me. The initial fee for the program was $900 but when I selected a house that was up for auction, an additional REFUNDABLE $450 was needed for an "auction" fee. Needless to say, the deal for that house along with about 10 others did not go through for various reasons. Beginning of April, I requested a refund and on April 6, 2016, Decker confirmed that it was a 20 day processing time for the refund to be processed. As of today, April 29, 2016, I have failed to receive my refund that Decker has, on numerous occasions, agreed that is due to me in the full amount of $1350. Several phone calls and text messages later and still nothing. He is a scam artist with no success stories who claims to be the "King of Real Estate", yet he is only the king of stealing money and leaving families with hopes, dreams, empty pockets and no home.Desired Settlement: I would like my $1350 STAT and for Decker R[redacted] to NOT be able to scam anyone else.

Review: Decker R[redacted] with Faithful Real Estate Properties around the New Orleans, LA area (also on Face Book) is running a fraud business stating that he has a Mentor Program to help individuals learn to flip houses and has the investors to loan the money to purchase the houses. Decker R[redacted] scams money out of suppose to be students asking for fees for Mentor Program...no materials are given...he also ask for processing loan fees and bank wiring fees. He makes all kinds of promises and does not deliver. He scammed me out of $4850.00.He then blames the delay and none funding on other investors when HE was the one who took the money. He is a liar and a thief. Please don't invest in his program and business. He also did it to other people as well. I did file complaint with Attorney General and FBI.Desired Settlement: *Refund my money to me/my bank.*Public apology to my Realtor, Title Company, contractor and My business**Charges filed because he stole , frauded, lied, scammed, me out money and ruined my business name, personal name, credit, *pay Realtor her commission she lost*Remove his business off internet

Review: I was introduced to [redacted] by [redacted] of My Credit Restoration Depot www.MyCRD.org. They both conspired to scam me out of $10,000 for a home that I was trying to purchase from [redacted]. The property is located at [redacted]. I have the e-mails, text messages and the fraudulent contract produced by [redacted] with his accomplice [redacted]. I have yet to close on the house or receive a refund. I have e-mails from over the last 5 months to prove that [redacted]'s business and [redacted]'s business is a scam. Please, please do not use them for anything. You will regret it the rest of your life. I want my money back ASAP. I have contacted the GBI and local police department to file formal charges to obtain my refund. This is disgusting and has left me basically living in my car. [redacted] and [redacted] both need to go to prison, they have made my life miserable. I will also be filing a report against [redacted]'s business as well.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and nothing else to do with either of them.

I paid $600 to join the program to help pay to clean our credit with the intention of him funding and acquiring a home that I had under a lease purchase agreement. The company did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me acquire a home nor did he do anything with my credit, which I have since cleared up on my own. I was promised a refund however that never materialized and one day Mr. R[redacted] stopped communicating with me completely. This company is a scam and currently in several court proceedings. Buyer BEWARE!!Desired Settlement: FULL REFUND

Review: [redacted] Owner/CEO Faithful Real Estate Properties, LLC advertised that he has a mentorship program where he teaches persons to buy and sell real estate. He also advertise that he and his partners will provide financing for funding these deals. The fee is $1700 which he states he will fund three of your deal. I had signed up for this because I had deals that I needed funded. I submitted a deal to Mr. [redacted] and he assured me that he and his partner would be able to fund it. He said I would need to pay points (lenders fee) before they could fund it. He said with my deal it would cost $1200.00, $260 for the application fee and $205 for the insurance of the funds and the funding would we wired to my account within 6 days.I remitted all these monies to [redacted]. Two weeks went by and no money came to my account I inquire what was going and kept getting excuses. The deal fell through and I request a refund for the lenders fee since no transaction took place. It has been over 4 weeks now and [redacted] has stop communicating with me! He will not answer my calls and text messages. I have requested a full refund but unable to locate [redacted].This business is truly a SCAM! Do not be fooled!!Desired Settlement: ALL MONIES BE REFUNDED.
