When [redacted] was expelled from the school we immediately asked for our refundWe were told we would have to wait daysWe expressed that this was not necessary because the school does not have to wait daysSince my grandson had not gone to the school long at all we felt the matter should be resolved swiftlyWe expressed so in multiple messages on phone and textThe days have passed and now they want ANOTHER daysWe find this unreasonableIt is a simple matterRefund our moneyThis should not be a huge issue Either give us back the original check (their services being totally inadequate) or give us back a portion (months tuition1/months given Simple math!)We expect it back before they spend it...which would mortally be nothing less than theft

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11825313, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me But, as this complaint is on record I would like to make a few responses to "non refund" comments Ms [redacted] pretends as if I took her to social media the day she did not refund our moneyShe had already taken daysIt was unnecessary but she claimed policy said she couldWe tolerated thatBut when the school told us they would hold our money another days then we went to Revdex.com and social mediaIt is not slander to tell your story on FacebookShe also says [redacted] was kicked out of schools prior? [redacted] has only gone to one school and that school closedHe was never suspended or expelled from that schoolHis current school is fine and [redacted] has not had any discipline issues thereHe did turn in some late work as he was out of town at a school basketball teamHe scored several baskets at his last game and his team is undefeatedObviously she still has issues with [redacted] and wishes him malevolence As for me, she describes how she fired me because she "knew I would be hateful"! She must be quite psychicMy teaching skills were very goodI was doing my job wellShe fired me because she knew I would quit the moment she axed [redacted] It was merely more satisfying to herThere was no "next day" issueThe "scene" occurred over she should not quit addressing me nor my grandson when asked and we headed for the door with her hounding us all the wayIn short most of her explanation is either skewed or outright fabricated Sincerely, [redacted] ***

The company has issued a check for less than what we feel we should have receivedThey have claimed part months as full months and cite "policy" as to why they are keeping about $beyond what we expectedHowever, we will not haggleThis school does a needed service for some great kids...and we can afford to let go of $They also settled my back wages which was a separate matterAll is wellIf the checks clear, all will be settled and we can consider the matter closedI will officially close this next week if all goes wellThis is just an update

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11825313, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
But, as this complaint is on record I would like to make a few responses to "non refund" comments.  Ms [redacted] pretends as if I took her to social media the day she did not refund our money. She had already taken 30 days. It was unnecessary but she claimed policy said she could. We tolerated that. But when the school told us they would hold our money another 30 days then we went to Revdex.com and social media. It is not slander to tell your story on Facebook. She also says [redacted] was kicked out of 3 schools prior?  [redacted] has only gone to one school and that school closed. He was never suspended or expelled from that school. His current school is fine and [redacted] has not had any discipline issues there. He did turn in some late work as he was out of town at a school basketball team. He scored several baskets at his last game and his team is undefeated. Obviously she still has issues with [redacted] and wishes him malevolence.  As for me, she describes how she fired me because she "knew I would be hateful"!  She must be quite psychic. My teaching skills were very good. I was doing my job well. She fired me because she knew I would quit the moment she axed [redacted]. It was merely more satisfying to her. There was no "next day" issue. The "scene" occurred over she should not quit addressing me nor my grandson when asked and we headed for the door with her hounding us all the way. In short most of her explanation is either skewed or outright fabricated.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

When [redacted] was expelled from the school we immediately asked for our refund. We were told we would have to wait 30 days. We expressed that this was not necessary because the school does not have to wait 30 days. Since my grandson had not gone to the school long at all we felt the matter should be...

resolved swiftly. We expressed so in multiple messages on phone and text. The 30 days have passed and now they want ANOTHER 30 days. We find this unreasonable. It is a simple matter. Refund our money. This should not be a huge issue.  Either give us back the original check (their services being totally inadequate) or give us back a portion (10 months tuition. 1 1/2 months given.  Simple math!). We expect it back before they spend it...which would mortally be nothing less than theft.

Revdex.com,Faithful Schooling refunded the entire amount owed to [redacted] on 11/17/16. Two checks were written and signed for by his wife [redacted]. One for the tuition refund for his child and the second for wages owed to Mr [redacted] himself. We had asked for some extra time to refund only because we did not have the cash to refund the large amount the day he demanded it. When we were not able to immediately he started slandering us all over social media and sending threatening emails and text.  Not to mention the scene he caused at the school when he was terminated. Yelling and threatening in front office with several teachers and students could hear down the hall. He is doing this because our school is the third school his child has been kicked out of because of lack of effort in grades and disrespect to teachers. I tried counseling them in several occasions to help this family but in the end had no choice but to terminate the contract. I tried to terminate my [redacted] contract as an employees and his child's as a student after school hours because I knew this man would get hateful and revengeful. Trying to not have a scene we met after school hours. However Mr. [redacted] preceded to come to school the next morning and cause a scene in front of the entire staff and students. A teacher was about to call the police it was so alarming but Mr [redacted] did leave. We are a Christian business and do not want to cause additional problems and try to resolve issues peacefully. His last response to the Revdex.com that I read said we shorted them $700. This is incorrect. Our bookkeeper calculated their refund. He needs to read our refund policy. If you leave in the middle of the month, you are not refunded for the remainder of the month you left in. This is written in a contract he signed. This difference would not have been $700 anyway because the child's tuition was only $645 per month. Also to set the record straight, Prior to terminating Mr [redacted] from teaching at our school, I tried to refund him the entire amount of his child's tuition but to his request he asked for us to refund it monthly as part of his pay. Now I wish I had done it my way and had refunded earlier when I felt I should have. We would not be here. This man was terminated because he was not a good example to our students and his child attending would not follow school rules. At this point we feel we have done everything we can to resolve this matter. I could have pressed charges on this man for harassment/slander and very well called the police when he blew up yelling inside our school.[redacted] has made numerous false accusations about why his child's contract was terminated. All to be untrue. Trying to keep things peaceful we have not followed through with any charges. He has his refund. And we would just like for him to leave us alone. We realize we cannot please everyone all of the time, however we have many many happy students and parents that have been with us since we started business three years ago. We know his slander and comments will not hurt us because of God knows the truth and what we do at Faithful Schooling serves so many! As I understand, he has transferred his child to Legacy and has already started having issues there with the child. The problems do not belong to any of the schools but to this child/family.I say this as a warning for any private schools in this area they may transfer to in the future. The [redacted]'s did not informed me at registration their child had already been kicked out of two schools. And this is why they were eager to pay the year in advance. Hoping it would secure his place. But after working with them and their child 12 weeks and many counseling sessions I had to terminate the contract because the child's attitude was not improving.Thank you, [redacted]DirectorFaithful Schooling
