year, Faithworks Coaching & Seminars, LLC was in the process of taking necessary steps to be able to apply for program accreditation as early as January 2015. All parties of Faithworks Coaching & Seminars, LLC indicated to interested Academy clients that receiving ICF program accreditation was not guaranteed and that the company was moving in that direction and was in process of applying by taking steps to prepare for all application elements and requirements. The second Academy program began before the 2014 year was complete in September. During this time, Faithworks Coaching & Seminars, LLC was still in the process of taking necessary steps to be able to apply for program accreditation as early as January 2015.  At no point in time has Faithworks Coaching & Seminars, LLC indicated that any application had been submitted to the International Coaching Federation. A component of begin eligible to apply for program accreditation is for the creator and teacher of the program to hold an individual certification. The application for individual certification must come before an application can be submitted for program accreditation. Ms. [redacted] R[redacted] was in the process of completing necessary steps to move toward applying for an individual certification. During this time Ms. R[redacted] felt that her style of coaching was not in alignment with the way in which she was being personally required to coach by an ICF coaching mentor. In April 2015, Ms. R[redacted] decided to move forward with the application process once again and on August 13, 2015 an individual certification application was submitted by Ms. R[redacted]. As of today, January 7, 2016, the International Coaching Federation has moved Ms. R[redacted]’s individual certification application through to the program review phase and is still under review. Ms. R[redacted] was told on December 18, 2015 that the ICF would reach out to her upon completion of her application review and at that time they had no further information to provide. Between the first and second Academy classes, with Ms. E[redacted] was a part of, extensive revisions were conducted on all modules that was ori[redacted]lly created for the January 2014 class.  Brand new modules were also developed in addition to extensive revisions for the September 2014 Academy class.  The Academy Business and Coaching Certification program provides clients with the following deliverables: ·         Personal Development, Wealth Consciousness and Business Modules all in the range of 50 – 80+ pages. ·         Video Training with each module ·         15+ hours of coaching demonstrations with Ms. [redacted] R[redacted] and real clients ·         48 hours of live Q&A calls directly with Ms. [redacted] R[redacted] ·         48 hours of live event time directly with Ms. [redacted] R[redacted] ·         Private Facebook Group for all Academy members ·         Personalized feedback on all modules ·         12-month business and coaching certification program Ms. E[redacted] has access to all program materials, Q&A call recordings, coaching recordings and live event recordings provided during the second Academy program.

Review: This company/G[redacted] are using false and misleading advertising online to sell various "coaching" programs. You don't have to look too far by Googling "G[redacted] Complaints" to see the many issues that consumers have had with her "coaching certification program - The Academy". The program was poorly thrown together, but advertised as meeting International Coach Federation (ICF) standards. In 2013 when she enrolled the first class of "The Academy", there was NOTHING even remotely like ICF-quality programs included in her "curriculum". Honestly, everything Gina sells is reminiscent of multi-level marketing, and "The Academy" is really nothing more than a pyramid scheme. Consumer beware. Her marketing is extremely deceptive and I have emails between her attorney and I where he clearly agrees with me on this point, and he even proposed a partial refund (I insisted on full refund, and I was denied). I think she truly believes what she is doing is "right", which makes her even more dangerous to do business with. She's really nothing more than your average internet con. My goal is for others to be aware, and learn from my expensive mistake - avoid this woman and her questionable business practices.Desired Settlement: I'd like a refund - because it's just the right thing to do - but, I don't expect this business to refund me because they operate on a moral code that is completely immoral (either that, or they're broke, and they just don't have the refund). I think the resolution for the highest good would at least be to ANONYMOUSLY publish my complaint so that hopefully consumers who bother to be informed can stumble upon the Revdex.com website before making any purchase decisions with this company. Thank you!
