Fajita Express

Worker (female) cussed about us in Spanish.Terrible customer service even when they are wrong for messing up your order. On 2/13/20 at around 8:00 pm we ordered our food to be delivered one night and they forgot a part of our order. No apology or anything. Before I wasn't that upset about it but when they just said they had a lot of orders and we would have to wait 20 mins more than I got irritated since we had already waited for 30 mins and the food we were missing was for my 5 year old.I informed them that the food that was missing was for our child just to let them know that we really wanted this food ASAP. An adult can wait but for a child to wait that long on a school night is not right. I asked for a refund for just what was forgotten since we have to wait longer for it. The answer was no either one or the other. I had to make my child something on the side because she was so hungry. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told he was the one delivering orders and was not there. I said ok I will wait for my order and asked who I was speaking to. It was a female.We waited another 30 mins. Still nothing. This time my husband called and let them know we were still waiting. He too asked for a refund for the long wait. Answer was no.We were told we could have our food or the refund ,thats it. We waited another 15 mins. Still nothing. My husband called again and a female answered , which we thought was the same one from the two previous calls but it wasn't. My husband asked to speak to the other worker who knew our situation. This female said no she was busy and he would have to speak to her. He asked how many people he has to talk to just to get our food and she responded "I don't know". He explained the situation to her calmly and at the end all she said was the driver was on the way. He then reminded her that we had already waited close to an hour and we would pick it up ourselves. He asked for a refund on the delivery fee and she said no because they delivered an order. By this time I grabbed the phone and said yes but this order is incomplete and we waited for an hour and now we have to go pick up the rest of our food so my daughter can eat. I did raise my voice because by this time I was very upset. She said don't yell at me and hung up the phone. We drove down in person to get out refund because really with the attitude they were displaying we were afraid they would do something to my daughter's food. We got to the place and its about 10 mins away from us(by the way). We get there and there is no customers inside at all. Only 3 cars in the drive through. We notice one female walk outside to the back of the building. We go inside and wait at the counter for 5 mins.There is another female employee inside and she sees us walk in but she's looking at a paper. We just wait for her to walk over to us. She comes over and asks how she can help us. My husband says no that we were there for our refund on our food we were waiting for. She looks down and smiles and with a small chuckle says" oh you're the one waiting for your tacos." We then told her that this was not funny and how she could laugh about it. Still with a smile on her face she says no that is not funny.She then walks away to tell the cook to make our tacos. My husband says no that we done want them anymore. She then says oh ok I'll give you the money back. My husband asked for the delivery fee back as well and she still says no that they delivered an order. I then say yes but our order was incomplete and we waited an hour and still nothing. I explained since they failed to make sure our order was correct. She then with attitude said" You know what fine!. I'll give it to you!" By this time the other female worker was telling her no , not to do that and she responded no Im just going to give it to them. I don't care. She gave us the money. We began to walk out. The two females and the cook are talking about us (in spanish)right there as we were are walking out. She's clearing showing that she is mad and is yelling out spanish cuss words. My husband says"Really, you want to start cussing!" She says "Well yah sir". I then tell her that this is the worst customer service we have ever received and we come here to eat all the time. She kept repeating"I don't care, I don't care." In all this there was never a manger present or supervisor. We were told on the second call that the manger went home already.
