Fake Id n DL

I purchased a fake driver’s License and did rush shipment sent $200 stated it was a 1 day turn around. Shipment was sent via *** Once the shipment was made I was sent an email stated that in order to ship they need a $323 security deposit which will be refunded back once delivered. Once I paid that then emailed back stating that was done they then email back stating that my security deposit went up to $740 in order to deliver. I stated I do not have that type of money of this was asked of me at the beginning I would have never sent the $323. They then go to state that if I do not pay the remainder that I will not get my package. I then asked for my $323 back and they stated it is non refundable
