They asked to meet with me in person, but I chose not to as I do not want anything for freeI do not want to take this matter further, I only ask that preventive measures are put in place to prevent future

I am writing in regards to a complaint that was made against Falafelo on 2/26/ I have since spoken to the customer and apologized for the clerks attitude and bad experience In return I offered the customer a free meal the next time he visits our store as a token of appreciation The customer stated that he will go online and drop the complaint If you have any questions you may contact me direct at ###-###-####

Review: This place within the [redacted] advertised a falafel pita for buy one get one 50% off. My girlfriend and I both went to get a total of 4 falafels (2 promotions) and I ordered the items together and handed the owner my money. When he handed me my change I noticed that it was less than expected and inquired as to why. He stated that the promotion was only one per person. Since I had my girlfriend there with me, who by the way has her own address, I stated that it was no big deal and that we would split the transaction. The owner refused to do this and told me I could "take it or leave it". I chose the latter and asked for my money back (on principle)... he refused to give me my money back and tossed the bag at me. No wanting to cause a scene and with my money extorted I left. Please note, this is the second time I have had an issue with this place.Desired Settlement: Penalty against the company. Since the price I was overcharged is nominal I would like the company to be fine and the money to go to charity or to a government agency. I would assume that they have done the same to other customers, so want them to change their practices.
