I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***.Hello,I am rejecting this due to the reason that was provided by the moving companyI did research and found that no one has moved in on that day. The only other move was on April 12th, using *** movers. I have checked this information with the trustee of the building, along with other tenants.There was a truck that was here on my moving day, April 5th. The truck delivered a washer and dryer onto the first floor, and the elevator was never used. Therefore, there was no sharing of the elevator The moving company stated that the elevator was at the opposite end of the building; this is not accurate. The elevator is located in the middle of the building. In addition, the moving company was slow in moving all items, for each aspect of the move. I witnessed that the second mover did not seem to know what he was doing, and stood around until he was told what to do. Regards,

My company moved this woman into a storage facility in Chelmsford ma, I was then contacted to move her again from the storage to a new apt. She secured, she asked me how much she would looking at as far as a cost I mentioned it should be around the same as first move, she did not mention that there...

was an elevator at her new location nor did she mention it was at other end of building also there was another family moving in the same day and use of the elevator was a struggle sharing, so my point is that this customer was charged accordingly and was not overcharged and is not intitled to any kind of refund. I mentioned that if she did her due diligence as to if anyone else was moving in that day we could have secured sole use of elevator from a certain time to certain time, our company charges by the hour and she was aware of this so this is why it took our staff longer.
