credit report An eviction is filed on a resident if the rent is not paid
by the 15th of the monthIf rent is paid before the court date, the eviction
will be dismissed meaning that it will not show up on credit
If a
payment is received after the court date, it will show that an eviction
was awarded When an eviction show up on a credit report, it DOES NOT
mean that a person was evicted or set-out It only means that payment was
