I have copied emails into a Word document that I have sent to Morgan Van Lines to let them know I have not received the check. Mr. [redacted] even spoke with me and my husband to say he would cancel the second check that I did not receive and he even said the check had not been cashed. Obviously, because I have not received a check. The first check went to the wrong address, he was supposed to supply us with a tracking number. He did not. I have not received a check. It's December 9, I have not tracking number for a check or a check. I have been going back and forth with this company since Oct 13th and the problem is still not resolved. I would like to actually receive my $200 check and stop being told that it has been mailed. This company received $2000 from me on time and I have not been reimbursed for the damages that they caused to my shipment!
