Team rejecting this response because: he told me that there was nothing they could do I said he was being a jerk about it because he was talking to me like a child like I said this is a recan project and so I didn't open my packagesas soon as I got them because I did not need the parts when I ordered them I was getting parts together for the restoration and yes he did yell at me and I was tired of being yelled at so I said and he said go ahead and complete it yelling at me and so yes I hung up on him and didnumerous reviews on different siTes explaining why that I left them a bad review I did not email him afterwards calling him an [redacted] I might have actually put that in their reviews but I did not email him or had any contact with him other than this since this happened like I said all I want is my wiper blade which is and a multi million dollar company is refusing to just send me a set of wiper blades and diffuse the whole situation

He than calls me an assI never yelled at him but did sternly state I do not tolerate ANYONE talking to me that way, especially when they refuse to accept any responsibility for the problem, like opening the box when he received itHe promptly hung up on meHe than proceeded to email calling me a "complete ***" and claiming I said he was "screwed", which I never didIf he would have taken the time to open the package when he received the product, and something was missing and notified us immediately, we would have been more than happy to work with himWhere is the customer's responsibility in this transaction?

Review: wrong part received 7 years ago, never installed and found to be wrong, requested adjustment and was told no.

7 years ago I purchased a part for a classic car restoration, the part was inspected for shipping and manufacturing defects at the time received, recently I went to install and found I was sent two of the same part (2 lefts & no Right), sent email to business asking for help and was basically told they could do nothing, all I wanted was to replace the part with the correct one and I would send back the wrong part that has never been installed. Called business and was told they would not even make an adjustment if I were to purchase a new set, very poor communication and customer service from employee whom I spoke with, will no longer do any business with them, I have spent over $1700 with them and they will not even give a discount for the correct set.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive 15-20% off of a new purchase order with the right parts.

Unfortunately after 7 years, I cannot research and I cannot go to the manufacturer to address any issues. If he would have brought the issue to us in a timely fashion, we could have addressed it and come to a resolution.

Review: I was inspecting my parts to start the restoration on my 1965 [redacted] and discovered upon opening my box that I had not received my wiper blades of witch I ordered two (25.00) I emailed the company simply asking them to send me them to me because I had just started going through all my parts and found they were not in the box and no answer so I called and spoke with [redacted] and he started screaming at me and told me that I had put them on my car and now I was just tring to get new ones the car has not moved in three years I just ordered the wipers last year and he told me that I was just out my 25.00 and that they would not do anything for me I am done with this business and am telling all my local car clubs and anyone else I know to not do business with them at all.Desired Settlement: I just want my wiper blades for my car that is it.

So Mr. [redacted] says he did not contact us after the phone call. He emailed us on Weds 9/24/2014 at 9:53AM PST through our web site. Which is 5 minutes after he filed the complaint with the Revdex.com. Here is a copy of the email, as I could not attach to this complaint. He can not remember what he did 2 weeks ago? Could it be possible that the wiper blades did get misplaced a year ago?

Again he had the package and product in HIS POSSESSION for 13 months before even notifying us that there was a possible issue with his order. As I stated before if he would have informed us IMMEDIATELY we could have time to researched and would have gotten him taken care of, if the parts were truly missing. Sorry but I do not feel waiting 13 months to address any issues with products/parts is fair to any business, whatever his reasoning may be. We shipped his order out in a VERY TIMELY manner, 2 business days, and would expect anyone to let us know in a TIMELY manner if there was any issues.

I am not sure where he gets his information from, but we are not "multi million dollar" company. We are a small FAMILY business that enjoys restoring and driving Falcons. We have been doing it for 20+ years.

PS – with this email I did attach a copy of Mr. [redacted]’s email to us after the fact.
