The carpets were not cleaned there was paint all over the cabinets and mirrors. There was mold growing at the top of the hot water, and when we request to have it taken care of the just sprayed it with a little bit of diluted bleach and painted over it. Needless to say it didn't fix anything. My girlfriend had to move out because it was not safe for her to live there being 5 months pregnant. After a few phone calls I was able to finally transfer out of there at the low low price of $200 which also restarted our lease. The apartment they switched us to was a little nicer but it took them a week to install the new stackable W/D and they didn't even hook it up right. First load of laundry we washed the entire washer drained into our kitchen, bedroom, and living room. I called the emergency maintenance line and it still took them almost two hours to respond. By the at time I had already cleaned IP the kitchen and properly hooked up the washer. The maintenance crew is very undertrained and have no clue what the are doing most of the time. A couple months ago my A/C started to leak in to the laundry room and flooded it twice. Both times the maintence guys came out and just vacuumed up the water and didn't fix anything. I still have an open work order for them to come and fix it, but two months later still nothing. The manager [redacted] is a piece of work. Don't bother trying to get any help from her or getting anything out of her, she is useless. She won't return you calls or even take them when she is in the office. I just recently asked for her bosses number and after several weeks of unreturned phone calls and argents on the phone she finally gave us the number to a lady by the name of "[redacted]" who was supposedly her boss. When I call the number given to me it said I had reached a non-working number. It has been a content battle with management to try to resolve any of our problems. They will raise your utility bill every month because they have to pay for watering the grass, which the sprinklers run even when it rains. So all in all just an all around horrible experience and very poor management. I would never recommend moving in here to my worst enemy.

To start my boyfriend and I moved into a two bedroom in August of 2013. I was pregnant at the time and a day after move in we found mold in the bathroom and all along the water heater. When we brought this to their attention they came in a painted over it. THIS DOES NOT SOLVE ANYTHING! This is not they type of environment to be pregnant in let alone raise a child in. When we asked to be moved to a different apartment they gave a bill to transfer! We had not even lived in the apartment for 24 hours and we were already being billed. UNACCEPTABLE!
Two months later we were moved into a different apartment and unfortunately paid the bill. This apartment was not much better. They claim they cleaned the carpet and painted. Their idea of painting it just to cover what was already in the walls. We had nails sticking out as well as staples all covered in paint. We had a non-functioning fridge which they replaced with a much older model but proceed to rip up the linoleum in the process. They said everything was hooked up and ready to go so when we threw in a load of laundry we did not expect for our entire floor to become flooded. They took four hours to come and fix that. We also have a hole and crack in our kitchen window which they refuse to fix because they do not want to put a whole new window in. Our AC has been dripping and all they do is come and vacuum up the water. THREE separate work orders have been filled and nothing has been done.
The office staff are sneaky little snakes as well. Kellie is the one who completed our move in process and let us know that there was no security deposit. Awesome right?! Well they add a little something into your rental agreement stating that you will pay over 500 to move out!! [redacted]?! I would have much rather paid a deposit to move out rather than have this not even explained to me!
[redacted], the so called manager of the complex is no better. She is the hardest person to reach and she never returns your calls no matter how many times you try and reach her. She will give you notices days late but they are time stamped for days that have long passed. She just tapes them to your door and calls it good.
They also said this was a low crime area and the police are here at least three times a week and their is often a search helicopter involved. We have watched countless neighbors being arrested. Also a pr0stitute lives in the apartment behind us and you can hear her screaming at her men of the night every single night! As well as her cigarette smoke that drifts through the vents.
THIS TYPE OF MANAGEMENT IS HORRENDOUS! and this property reflects that.

I do not know what was exactly said between them, I was told that she was demanding [redacted] "to go to the bank and get her cash". I came in Tuesday(6-24-14)and called her to follow up with the other application(when I left for my two days off, last I knew she was going to make sure her Husband sent his application in and that we were going to move forward with the process). She said that they had changed there mind, due to location. They had found something else in an area they liked better. I told her that I would need an address to send the one application fee back of $40.70. She told me it would be best to send it to her work address and to address it Attention to [redacted]. No problem however, it is a process too. We have to send it off to our accounting office for a new check to be cut and then when it comes in we will send it out to you.We received the check and I called her to let her know it would be on its way. She did express how upset she was for it taking more than 3 days and that it was not acceptable, I apologized and told her I was sorry we were not able to work with her and to take care.[redacted]/Leasing ConsultantFalcon Glen Apartments
