Our home is protected by Falcon for termites, pests and lawn pest control. We called Falcon when we discovered we had termites. Falcon did an initial inspection and in the next year came to my house numerous times (they come out whenever I call within a day or so) in order to get these termites under control. I cannot fault them for not trying and not getting them killed immediately. We discovered that we had the worst kind of termite, Formosa termites, which are very aggressive and actually build nests in your home in the walls. They are very hard to kill.
At the end of this stressful time, we had a lot of damage. Falcon actually took care of the damage that was caused after the initial inspection and then some. The owner, Luis, actually came to my home. A private contractor did a wonderful job and Falcon [redacted] wanted to make sure we were happy with the repairs which we were.
I am so impressed with this company and they deserve their A rating. They will get rid of your pests or "die trying". I would recommend them to anyone for pest control. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful!
