Dear Ms [redacted] , We apologize for the delay in your deposit refund in the amount of $On September 19, 2014, Ms [redacted] received her deposit check, it was handed to her in person by one of our staff membersWe issued the check twice, but it was never received via mail because the correct address that we had on file was not the address that was printed on the check This incorrect address caused the delayWe have since fixed this glitch in our system and apologize that Ms [redacted] had to wait for her refund checkWe strive for excellence at Falcon Ridge and look at this situation as a lesson in how to be more efficient moving forward Thank you, [redacted] Falcon Ridge Apartments [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

received her deposit check, it was handed to her in person by one of our staff members. We issued the check twice,
