Incompetent and a waste of time
I dropped off my computer. The next day called said they would have to order a part and it would be ready in 5 days. I showed up 6 days later to pick up my computer. The part was never ordered. Then a week later they call saying they can't fix it. I asked them to put the computer back together. The tried to sell me a new one, but tech handed me off to a very rude and unprofessional salesman, Scott. They said the computer would be Friday for pick up. I showed up on Tuesday due to their bad hours of operation. They couldn't find it.

Don't go here. Take the time and Drive to Colorado.

I am rejecting this response because:I have had no direct contact with Mr T***I don't know where he got his information but a number of his replies to your office are incorrectI never asked for warranty knowing that it expiredThe offer to sent the computer to Falcon came from themI was quoted $shipping both ways, they provided a label but did not state that shipping was free.The first thing they should have done is save my data!I had a computer tech come times to help me sort things outThey found ***it and *** is part of *** *** which Falcon installed but not found nowHad they properly checked the computer before returning it, this would have been obvious along with the curropt and damaged photo and bookmark files.No, I have not - according to *** Card (letter enclosed) - been refundedThe chargeback has not been resolvedI am sending a flashdrive to MrT*** what contains filesof photos so he can see himself the corrupt and damaged filesHopefully, MrT*** will realize the sad truth about the corrupt files and that no amount of money could replace memories lost.I also paid $to Falcon for restore disc's (that did not work) which I shipped with the computerSince Falcon did not return the discs and I am guessing they do not work anyway, I would like the $reimbursed along with the $for repair and the computer tech visists at $60/hour for a total of $Plus I still need a copy of* *** or at least the key to it. I am not a tech savvy person at all, only knowing the most necessary steps to email, run search and general itemsWhen my computer cam back "fixed" I neede help to use it and find things. After seeing all the damage with photos and bookmarks I was too upset and angry to speak to FalconAnd yes, I do use *** browser most of the time.Sincerely,*** *** ***

I will mail the customer a check for $16 if the customer will close this complaint as a satisfactory answer.

Dispute ID [redacted] has an inaccurate recollection of what we did and what we told her. Her computer was sold in May 2012 and has been past its three year warranty period for several years.We worked hard to try to please her but that has been impossible. We fixed the [redacted] operating...

system, which was in bad shape but it required a time consuming [redacted] reload. We restored her documents and photos.We cannot restore software that she owns and did not send to us with the computer (Word and “[redacted]”).  The computer does have [redacted] on it but she will not talk to us for us to show her where it is. If she used a browser like [redacted] or Firefox then she would not have lost any bookmarks but we did our best to save everything we could.She received a full refund. Even though she was long out of warranty.  We paid for the shipping cost both ways ([redacted]), several hours of labor out of our own pocket, and a new hard drive (again out of our own pocket). We did all that we could to please her but she has an unrealistic expectation of the recovery from a condition where the [redacted] load is in really bad shape.At various points we did communicate to her what was happening and she had agreed to pay for our out-of-pocket cost (we were always going to give her free labor), but she apparently did not comprehend what we were telling her.We always try to please the customer, which is why the majority of our out-of-state sales are to return customers.  As hard as we may try, it is not possible to please some people.
