Review: I have called Mr Ernie Falfas 5 times and ask for warranty for the central Air unit and the warranty on labor and parts .and was told that he will get it to me ,that has been over 2 months as of today 31 Aug 2014 I still have nothingDesired Settlement: Get the warranty for all service products and labor

in short note his a/c unite is under warranty the day we picked up unit. I have talked to him and told him I have to go on line to get copy for them, and well mail out to them

I well send them out this week, I send them out when we do them all at one time from several jobs at a time, I have done work for son over past years and this year ,and others

I was told this many times. and received nothing also what does my son or any one else have to do with this. when I bought the unit I was told that his work is good for 1 year and the unit had a warranty for 10 years .It does not take 2 months to get this . Also I stated to him this is 5th time I call you and that I don't want to call Revdex.com and waited 2 weeks more and still nothing so I had to take action. and when I paid him for my unit he wanted payment (check) put in someone else name
