WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
Absolutely the WORST customer service whatsoever. Rude, staff in the Insurance verification department: Stacy and Mindy, both talk over you, offer uninformed opinions about what you what, before collection accurate information from you. Cocksure, arrogant, b*y--do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to buy your DME. This company will be turned over to the Department of Finance and Insurance for harassment and unethical customer service. RUN AS FAST AS POSSIBLE away from these toxic women.

Review: I recently had ankle replacement surgery and required an adjustable blanket support for my bed. I called Falk Surgical and spoke with [redacted] and ordered the item on July, * 2014, paying with my credit card. It was delivered to my apartment building, without any bill of sale or receipt. When I received the item and tried it on my bed, I found that it was too short for my mattress. On July *, 2014 I called Falk to ask them to take it back and credit my card, I was informed that [redacted] was on vacation. The man on the phone said he would check their records and call me back. He did not. On July **, 2014, my care giver attempted to return the item to Falk as I am unable to go as I am in a wheelchair. She spoke with [redacted] (he said he was the [redacted]) at Falk who informed my friend that the boxed item was incomplete (ie missing parts). My friend showed [redacted] the picture on the box and the items it contained but he said he would not take it back as there was no receipt. My care giver ( a ** year old woman) tried to explain that it had been delivered without the receipt and in the same condition, he literally threw the box at her telling her to leave or he would call the police. There were other customers present during this altercation.Desired Settlement: I would like something done about the threat my care giver received when simply trying to return an inexpensive item. Because of the way my care giver was threatened, I called my credit card company and they will investigate the case. I would like to return the item but am fearful of another abusive encounter.

Review: I am 88 years old and my walker needed repair. I called Falk Surgical and they said they would repair it for me. I had it taken there on January *, 2016 and the person there said that all it needed was some screws. Since then I've called several times and each time they said that it wasn't ready that they needed a few more days. Then on Sunday January ** they said that they mistakenly gave my walker to someone else! I need my walker urgently. On Tuesday the **, I asked my assistant to call and get to the bottom of where my walker was and when could I get it back or replaced and they (Falk Surgical Supply) said that on Wednesday January **, 2016 their repair man was coming and the walker would be ready for pick up by 3:30pm. I called this morning, Thursday January **, 2016 to make sure it was ready before going there. The person that answered took my name and said yes, it's ready and was about to hang up. Then I asked wait, how much will it cost and they said oh no it is not ready. I am 88 years old, it's freezing cold outside and I obviously have trouble walking. Why would they waste my time like this? If I hadn't asked the price, I would've never known it wasn't ready until I actually got there...wasting my time, health and money. I commented that that was not good customer service because I was told it would be ready on wed and no one called to say it wasn't. The person on the phone said well, maybe the guy needed more parts..but now he won't be here because he is going to Florida..This isn't a toy..this is how I get around! No apology, no courtesy in his voice, just no care at all...very disrespectful. In fact, he said that if I wasn't happy I could take it somewhere else. I am aware that I could doswa that but that's more than two weeks of me not having my walker and not being properly mobile because these incompetent ding dongs cant pick up the phone and the courtesy to resolve my issue one way or another.Desired Settlement: I want my walker returned this week repaired and ready for me to use, whether Falk repairs it themselves or they have someone else repair it for them, whatever...and if they cannot have it to me in the next three days, send me a replacement one, until mine is ready for me to use. I can't believe they would treat seniors this way...they should be more considerate since we are their number one customers.

When [redacted]'s home attendant initially brought the walker in to be repaired she gave only a first name with an incorrect phone number. We were unable to reach her with an estimate for repair. As we have a number of pieces of equipment we had to make sure this in fact was [redacted]'s walker. At that time our repair technician was on vacation. We explained that because of the delay and mix up we would repair the walker at NO CHARGE and would deliver it back to [redacted]'S home free of charge as well. The walker is now working and was repaired as expeditiously as possible. Falk Surgical apologizes for any inconvenience and hope that it was resolved to the satisfaction of the patient and Revdex.com.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for my son, who has [redacted] and has used [redacted]s for 20 years. We have purchased [redacted]s from Falk Drugs in the past and received good products and good customer service. This [redacted] was not checked before being given to me. When I opened it up that night, I could not figure out how to put it together. The battery pack was in three pieces. I returned to Falk drug 6 days later on a Sunday, as their business card stated they were open on a Sunday. When I arrived the store was closed. I went the next day and the salesperson, [redacted], refused to take it back saying that he did not sell it to me in that condition. I said that he did not open the box. I opened the box and found the battery pack in three pieces. He said this has never happened to him and he could not take it back. I said this had never happened to me and I could not use it and needed a refund. He refused. The next day I met with the store manager, [redacted], who offered to have the machine repaired. However, I had to purchase another machine at another pharmacy as my son was leaving the country and needed a working machine. [redacted] refused to refund me. I cannot pay $275 for a [redacted] that did not work during the time it was needed. I left a message to speak with the owner. I have yet to receive a call back. The two salespeople were condencending. They claimed I did not return the machine in a timely fashion. I went 4 times in 8 days to Falk Drugs.Desired Settlement: I left the machine at Falk Drugs as it was not usable and I refuse to go to Falk Drugs to be insulted one more time

IN THE INTERIM I RECEIVED A "DISPUTE REASON" FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS

AND HAVE RESPONDED THAT [redacted] WOULD RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
