Here are some real factsPhonelogs.My phone logs and my father's phone logsSee my father has his own personal cell phone he varies with him 24/I should know I pay for his phone billThis is the same phone he used too contact you all several times concerning this matterYou all refused to believe he no longer had use for these vehicles as his Health changes drasticallyYou all just wanted your money for the loansYou all actually came up with telling my father that you al were going too complete a new loan for himAnd we did not understand why! I am rejecting this response because:first of all you am never requested my Power of Attorney!!You requested a letter from my father giving authorization to speak with me on his behalf. Get your facts straight. I did receive the Balance statements and shared them with my father. He is very upset with you all charging all these OUTRAGES late fees@! There are several... he is disputing these. As the payments were to be automatically withdrawn from his checking account. The money was guaranteed too be there every month.This is a way of sneaking in fees too over charge my father as he stated. He is very unhappy with your Services and said you all are lying his exact words. This is a sneaky way of over charging a disabled senior citizen  veteran. And You did harass my mother. You are very lucky she did not have too go too the Hospital You all are unethethical.Thank you.
