I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I'm not shelling out any more money for this chairThey said I didn't have to pay for shipping, that I could go back to staples and have it exchanged or refundedJade state in her e-mail "Staple’s would then work with us on the return and they would work with you regarding your chair purchase." Curious to find out of this was true I called Staples and they said that would not be possible and they do not even do business with the company Wild Sports anymoreSo her only option is to charge me dollars or 25% of the cost of the chair, that is most likely due to a defect on their partThis business is not people friendly, professional or are willing to show their customers any real or *honest* resolution to their problems

First, thank you for trying to work with Wild Sports Customer Service on replacement parts. It is hard for us know exactly what you’re hearing or seeing but we do appreciate your efforts to share information as we tried to drill down to find the problem and solve it for you....

I apologize that you became frustrated with the process and felt you needed to consult with the Revdex.com but we are happy to work with all of you to come to a resolution. Mr. [redacted], Wild Sports can offer you two options to resolve this matter since you no longer want replacement parts to fix your 901 chair. First option, you can go back to Staple’s where you made the purchase of the 901 chair   and request your money back or to exchange it for another model with your receipt. Staple’s would then work with us on the return and they would work with you regarding your chair purchase. Or second option, Wild Sports would send you a similar model to your  901 chair. Wild Sports no longer has your exact chair, we have made upgrades to the 901 chair. The new chair does retail higher at $399.99 – it looks similar except the base is slightly different and no chrome covers on the arms of the chair. I’ve attached a photo for your review and Wild Sports would send the same team you purchased for the headrest – see attached receipt. Wild Sports can send you this new chair at no charge, but you would need to pay for the freight costs to get the chair to you.  I can give you a quote today for shipping costs if you select this option. The new chair would ship once we receive payment for the shipping. Wild Sports can take your credit card payment over the phone, so we can get the new chair sent out this week.
