This client made five payments of $that equal to $We settled Her Cash Call Loan fro amount of $Client wanted to cancel out of our program so she was issued the balance in her settlement account which was $270.65.So to sum this up client paid us $2426.60We paid off an account that she owed for amount of $"Proof attached"And she received refund of $270.65So client is came out ahead in this transaction $444.05 $2426.60- $2600.00- $270.65= $440.05per our agreement with client, regardless of the amount we settle and account for, as long as client benefit from our services and client save money there shouldn't be an issue. Please be informed that a certain Mr. [redacted] of the [redacted]) left a message on my voice mail in response to my complaint. We were able to talk last Wednesday, July 29. I told him of my position regarding the refund due me. He said that he will bring the matter to his boss, the Division head, when he comes back from a business trip for a resolution and possible return of my money. That day is today, Tuesday, August 4. To date, I did not receive a call from them. Instead, I got this notice from your office regarding their response. Obviously, they did not want to come to a resolution of this matter. I am forwarding to you a copy of our agreement and some other documents for your review.

Within the first 5 months we settled CashCall Loan No. [redacted] with a principal Balance of $2,600. Mrs. [redacted] is under the believe that since she only borrowed...

$700 from them that they charge her ZERO interest...unfortunately Cash Call is one the highest interest rate lenders out there. We had been in negotiation with the remainder of her creditors when she informed customer service that she has filed Bk and wants to cancel. Her file was cancelled and refund was issued. We have contacted Mrs. [redacted] in good faith to see what we can further do to try to make her happy.
