The customer below filed a service with us in October The service was given to one of our project managers This project manager unexpectedly went out on an extended Medical Leave of Absence and thus the service was not handled correctly on our part We have since made contact with the customer in the last hours She understands what happened with the person handling the complaint and has requested we hold off on doing an inspection of the problem until the holiday passes The customer is to make contact with use and when the time is good for her At this time we will resolve the issuePlease let me know if you need any further information
