We are done dealing with Mr [redacted] We have tried to rectify the situation with him and he is unreasonableHe defaulted on several loansWe held his merchandise for several months after the default dateWe even set up a special agreement with him and he defaulted againAt that point Mr [redacted] took to our companys social media pages with information and accusationsWe followed the letter of the law with this customer and offered him every opportunity to get his merchandise backTo simplifyFall River Pawnbrokers gave him collateral loan(s) on his merchandise and he neglected to pay the loan(s) back by the due dateWe held the merchandise well beyond the "holding" period dictated by the Rhode Island Pawnbroker rules and regulationsWe set up a special agreement with him and he still did not pay the debt owed

Reached out to customer several times to rectify the situationWe could not come to an agreement that customer thought was suitable

I spoke with the store manager and sales associates at the location where the TV was purchasedThe customer submitting the complaint had the TV on layaway when she picked the TV up it was unwrapped and tested for herThe TV did not have
any damageTwenty-four days later she called and said there was damage to the screenAt that time the manager tried to rectify the situation with her and she would hear nothing of it calling one of our sales associates a "***"I will have the manager reach out to her again if she does not accept our resolution there is nothing more I can do
