I am writing this in response to the complaint filed against meOn Feb 24th I installed a [redacted] Remote Starter in [redacted] ***'s [redacted] She is claiming that it took over 6+ hours to install, and that is incorrectI have proof written in my schedule book that her appointment wasn't until 2pmI close at 5pmIf people call and check around, remote starter installs take at least hours to installHer [redacted] did take some time to program the bypass module, and the bypass module is only for programming the chipped key portionShe claimed that she was in a smoke filled shop, which is incorrectBy law you can not smoke inside of any establishment, I smoke out side of the building, but my garage door was open at the timeShe is claiming that after she left, that she was having issues with the remote starterThat it was popping the trunk on its own, while she was drivingShe is also claiming that her vehicle was starting up on its own and even from her roommate's remote, that isn't even the same brandBut never had an issue with the vehicle starting up or her roommate's remote starting it up at her old place of residenceShe said after she moved to her new residence is when it started doing it, which makes no sense for the fact that it is impossible for that to happenAll remotes are coded vehicle specific, If that was the case, then other people would have access to your vehicleEven if that was even possible, she said she had these issues right after the remote starter was installed and was in fear for her safetyThen why would you wait until May 17th to come back and complain about it? If she was having the issues that she is claiming, then I would think she would have been back right away to resolve themBut she did contact me at 11pm after business hours to tell me issues she said she was havingThen when she brought the vehicle back to my shop, I offered to replace the unit free of charge because it does have a lifetime warranty and the unit she has could be defectiveShe didn't even give me a chance to diagnose the issues she claimed to be havingSo I could even verify if the issues she said she was having was even trueShe said what was she supposed to do video it, and I said yes she could have done thatSo that way I could see the issues she was claimingPeople video everything else in this world, so why not have proof of the issues she claims to be havingShe refused the replacement warranty and said she just wanted it removed, because she said she was broke and had no job and just needed the moneySo I gave her the benefit of the doubt, without seeing the issues she claimed and said I would remove the unit completely, But I also stated to her that she would only get a refund on the parts and not the laborThat labor is non refundablePlus I didn't even have to give a refund, because I have signs posted in the showroom, that state no refunds or exchangesPlus the fact that it has been over days for the state lawSo I offered her to refund her $out of the $189, but she wanted the full refund backI didn't raise my voice, but she was yelling at meShe said she was sorry for yelling, but she was upset because she said that she needed all of the moneyShe excepted the refund of $100, which she didn't have to do, and wrote on the receipt that I refunded her the amount of $100, again she didn't have to except itShe told me that she would be contacting the Revdex.com and said that what I did was wrongI feel like I did nothing wrong and treated her fair and with respectI did what I could for her, considering that I didn't see or witness or diagnose the issues she was claimingI also have cameras that record through out the whole building, so I have proof of the way I treated and acted towards her, vs the way she was acting and treated meAgain, if she was scared or was being bullied, then I think she would have left my establishment and not excepted the refund and waited for the unit to be removedI think she is just upset that she didn't get what she wanted, and just wants to try and hurt my businessIf people look online for my business and look at the ratings and reviewsYou will see proof that I am a star out of star businessI have No negative reviews or complaints on my businessIf I was a bad business or bad business person, I think I would have one negative review against meSo I have proof of everything I have said, and wish [redacted] had just one piece of proof to back up what she is claimingI can not make everyone happy, or just satisfy there needsI run a well rounded business and I try to do what I can to my limits for a customerThank you

Hello,In no way at all am I slandering this establishment or seeking anything other than my full refund of $189.00, which is a mere $remaining balance based on this business' apparent successI was promised a refund, by ***, if issues kept happening or I continued to be concerned/unhappy with the starterThis was on several occasions during our previous interactions via phone and in person, which was only a few weeks after the unit was installed and my trunk was opening randomly while driving! Problems arose almost immediately after installation and continued throughout the month period that the car starter was in my vehicleThen the random starting was beyond insane and scary with no solution provided other than me to come down that Monday and have it removed and be refunded being I felt unsafe and am extremely unhappyThere were many statements made that I continue to disagree with, most immediately being the allegation of there being posted signs stating "no returns or refunds" and that he mentioned anything of a partial refund...if your product and service is guaranteed and I have repeat issues with both of these, as well as assurance from the owner that the repeat issues meant a replacement of a new device or refund of my payment, upon removal of the device, when nowhere on my receipt stated a breakdown of labor vs parts nor was any specific amount of a monetary refund mentioned in any conversations, no signs stated, nothing written on my print out...why wuold I be even more upset that I walked away without the money I paid in full for something I fully retunred? I simply wasnt my remaining refnd and to never deal with this business againI am not attacking said party or asking for anything other than what I was charged for poor service and productsI am a woman of principle and expect quality as well as honesty when dealing with a business of my choiceNo way is this some sort or retaliation or personal vendetta and I wish to be honored your promise, nothing more and no ill feelings. I accepted the partial refund as it was my money that I spent on an item in which I returned yet was repeatedly told nothing else would be given to me, no breakdown or explanations just last minute added in after months of dealings...should I have left with a defective item that started my car, ran all hours of the night and is complete junk only to have lost everything? No, I wasnted it out as we discusssed and waited uneasily for it to be completed and left stating it was unfair practices and I wanted the money paid, that I had been sick with cancer and in the hospital unable to come a few weeks sooner but came as soon as the final issue confirmed my need to remove the device asapThis is not how I want to continue dealng with this issue, please address my valid and factual concern, refund my the money promised and let us both shift our focus to the more postive things in lifeI am sick with stress and not someone who ever put forth so much effort if I were not steadfast in my knowledge that what I was promised is a full refund when the starter was removedI did not bad mouth your business anywhere or treat this as anything other than a professional mediation in hopes to resolve the issue at handThank you ***, for understanding the situation and how miscommunication doesn't need to be ugly, just discussed and resolved in a professional and business like mentality
