I did not originally respond to this due to it being a forgoing legal issueThe person whom launched a complaint had a signed contract with Vintage VillageThe space renter, [redacted] , was asked to leave the property where she had a consignment boothWhen shutting down her booth she herself did not show up to close her booth, she sent her husband and another unknown drunk manThey came in the store having no idea what his wife owned and started to load other vendors belongings into their carAt that point I told the husband that the "BOOTH RENTER" needed to be there because they were taking other vendors belongingsWhen the people who were moving for her (her husband? and said drunk guy in the police report) were told that "***" needed to be there I was told (which is on tape) "We dont give a fk what is going on and who you think should be here" at that point I called the sheriff The accusations about an "item" that was taken, I have the email and the texts asking her to change her sign because it was misleadingThe sign stated ALL ITEMS MARKED IN RED ARE HALF OFFI still have the ridiculous text telling me, " that wasn't RED it was HOT PINK." Her items that she said were "thrown out" she had days email notice onshe was aked to pick up her items and told when they were placed outside I still have items I have told her I have and her answer is " I will pick them up when I can." I did not originally respond to this due to it being a forgoing legal issue. The person whom launched a complaint had a signed contract with Vintage Village. The space renter, [redacted], was asked to leave the property where she had a consignment booth. When shutting down her booth she herself did...

not show up to close her booth, she sent her husband and another unknown drunk man. They came in the store having no idea what his wife owned and started to load other vendors belongings into their car. At that point I told the husband that the "BOOTH RENTER" needed to be there because they were taking other vendors belongings. When the people who were moving for her (her husband? and said drunk guy in the police report) were told that "[redacted]" needed to be there I was told (which is on tape) "We dont give a fk what is going on and who you think should be here" at that point I called the sheriff. The accusations about an "item" that was taken, I have the email and the texts asking her to change her sign because it was misleading. The sign stated ALL ITEMS MARKED IN RED ARE HALF OFF..... I still have the ridiculous text telling me, " that wasn't RED it was HOT PINK."Her items that she said were "thrown out" she had 30 days email notice on... she was aked to pick up her items and told when they were placed outside. I still have items I have told her I have and her answer is " I will pick them up when I can." This is a business not a charity, although 70 % of what we make goes to charity because; well because I don't need anymore. This lady is beyond......Im hoping the Revdex.com is above this, but its all on tape when her husbands friend threatened a single female alone, and then then the police were made involved, there is a case number im not sure of at this point but I can find it if you need....Sorrry I didn't answer sooner, I was having surgury.... DVVintage VillageFor [redacted]
