Review: the beginning of November, [redacted] did a cement walkway outside my gas station. I was very satisfied with the work and quickly established trust in the company. Following completion of the cement work, I happened to mention to [redacted] that I was in need of some heavy-duty (commercial) cement trash receptacles. He offered to help because he had a friend in the business - and soon provided an estimate for the cost of the trash cans. I gladly provided a check to him. I even gave him an "A+" on this site after completing the concrete.

Well, to this day, no trash cans have been provided. Only unanswered phone calls. Essentially, he took my money and ran. I was able to have one brief conversation and simply asked him to do the right thing and refund my money...but to no avail.

I own an optical company and I even special ordered eyewear that he had asked about - and gave the glasses to him still thinking he was a good person.

Our concern is this person's business ethics and his dishonesty. Apparently, he is desperate for cash - because he has hundreds of my dollars that he will not return. As recent as today we have been trying to communicate to resolve this peacefully but he is not interested in doing what is right and giving us back funds he never used!!!Desired Settlement: Just to give us back $545.76. We told him to keep the glasses in an effort to encourage him to return us money he never used.
