Our billing Manager [redacted] has left a message for Mr [redacted] to contact her directly to resolve.  Her number is [redacted] .

1) Patient's attorney reported no funds available for Medical expenses.2) Patient and Attorney non responsive to multiple requests for Medical Insurance info3) A medically necessary service was provided4) Based on 1-3, the patient is responsible for the bill.

We left a message on 3-2-17 and 3-3-17 without a reply.  The number we have on file is [redacted].  I can be reached at [redacted] to resolve.
