The mielage logs were for the two schools which I was assigned, the were lost by the office even though I had a reciept for my submissionI still have not been reimbursed completely for my mielage, and my paperwork was correctThe problem was a clerical error on the part of rescare, for losing my paperwork, and leaving me without badly needed resources for OVER A MONTHthe contract is in terms of my compliance and theirs, I complied in full and will not accept responsibility for the fact that they lost my paperwork, leaving my family without food or the ability to go to school or the doctor.

We have been in contact with the participant and resolved the issue.
 
She
is on the WTW2 (Welfare to Work 2 Plan), and is eligible for supportive services
(mileage or transportation, child care, etc.) for one school. She was submitting mileage logs for two
schools, which was creating...

submission errors. The amount paid to her for the month of January
was
accurate as it supported the activity for one school that she was assigned.
 
The
unit manager provided the participant with the grievance process for the WTW
program. This process, along with the names and numbers of the appropriate
individuals is posted in the lobby of the welfare office where she receives
service. She was not aware of this grievance process prior to filing the Revdex.com
complaint.
