On January 11, 2017 we received a letter from Revdex.com (ID # [redacted]) with a complaint concerning Billing Issues. In the complaint the customer in question received a bill for clinic services which they felt should have been covered by their insurance as a.wellness...
visit. After review of the visit and the billing we found the complaint to have merit. The amount of $248.00 will be credited and taken off patient responsibility. Additionally we have notified theCredit agency that the claimant is not responsible for that specific bill in question.
