I have enclosed a copy of the work which was completed in building number [redacted] I have placed a brand new unit for their A/C and heater. I tried to replace their refrigerator, but they decided that they wanted to buy their own....
Everything has been taken care of and I have faxed the signature of the mother living with them at the apartment. What theyhave turned in to be repaired has been completed.
Should you have anything else that we do not, please fax it to Falls Creek Apartments and we will take care of it.
