I had a two new doors installed in my house by Falls Glass. The initial install went smoothly and the quality seemed good. After about 2 weeks the caulk around the exterior of the door began to discolor. I went and filled out a work ticket at the store to have it fixed. Weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. I called and found out that they lost my ticket and wanted me to fill out another work ticket for it. I did and then heard nothing from them for another several weeks. I ended up needing to call twice again just to get them to come out and look at it. [redacted] the one in charge of setting up the work, told me he'd send someone out that week to fix it. Over a month went by and I heard nothing from them. I called again and [redacted] told me he forgot about it and would send somebody out that week. Three months went by again and they still never came. I called and talked to Jerry again and he told me he forgot again and would send somebody out that week. It has now been 6 months since originally filling out a work order there and it still isn't fixed. I get the strong impression that [redacted] is stalling hoping I'll just go away. I have heard stories about the total lack of service after the work is done at Falls Glass and can now confirm they are true. I would not use them for anything again and suggest you do the same.

I had 6 custom made double pane windows installed by Falls Glass in May 2014. They never came back to properly caulk the windows. they completely forgot to caulk one and the others were very sloppy. I called and personally talked to one of the owners and after five times trying to get them to return, I completed the caulking myself. Unfortunately I paid them in full before I found they had not completed the job.
