I am writing in regards to the Revdex.com complaint that was filed. The actual happenings of this case is that this tenant attempted to pay for her storage units online with her own computer,with her credit card and her card was declined. She tried again and it was
then denied again. Our facilities overnight reports processed and found out that on her end of the computer was not connecting correctly and it actually charged her credit card twice. It was on her computer where it was not processed, but on our end it was.When she called the next morning she asked us to take her credit card and process it to make sure it went through and it did. When her bank called her to let her know she was overdrafted because she did not have in her bank account we looked into it on getting her a refund.We offered her to write a check but she denied that and wanted the money instantly back in to her account. We refunded her BOTH her credit card transactions that SHE attempted on her own computer which didn't work. As of many weeks ago she has been refunded BOTH transactions. I understand her frustrations, but she has been fully refunded
