I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I want to add that I tried contacting the business before filing the complaintAs I stated in the complaint, two days past before I was able to talk to a supervisor/ownerMy neighbor's gutter was repaired, so I consider this matter closedI hope in the future the workers will be honest and report damages to property that occur while they are working

In the Process of removing a tall dead tree a dead limb fell and struck the neighbor's gutter.  The crew did not notify our customer or the neighbor or the company supervisor.  It is our policy to let the homeowner know of any such damages immediately and they did not follow our...

protocol.The next day we received a call and were notified of the situation.  We had our gutter company show up and look at the damage and prepare a work order.  The crew came out and made repairs and we kept in touch with the homeowner till the job was complete.  I feel a Revdex.com complaint was unwarranted and a call to our company would have been more than enough to remedy the situation.  A complaint was made before we even got a call and talked to our client.
