On the day that this guest checked out, they called about there ***The girl working the front desk immediately went down to the room they were in before any housekeeping staff had a chance to get in there to cleanShe did not find an *** after searching the room thoroughlyWhen she informed
the guest that it had not been found they then spewed off a whole nother list of complaintsThe Falmouth inn always returns property to guests who have left things behindWe have never had any issues with theft of guests property

I contacted the third party with whim I booked and that third party called Falmouth Inn to confirm I was allowed to be credited. [redacted] declined allowing us a refund. When our room wasn't ready we were treated as if it was our fault and was told we would be refunded when night manager [redacted] arrived. I was given a handwritten note by staff confirming this. I have sent handwritten note by Falmouth staff to [redacted] and still retain a copy.  We were never offered another room. We were never offered to stay while housekeeping put sheets on bed and cleaned all the garbage. We were just told rudely we would get a refund and sent on our way. Someone needs to tell [redacted] to refund our money or send us a check.

Mrs. [redacted] booked through a third party booking site. She paid that site in advance when she booked the reservation. When you book through a third party and pay them directly the third party sends us (the hotel) their own credit card information for the room rate and tax after commission. When...

speaking with Mrs. [redacted] I explained to her that she did not pay us directly therefore I did not have her personal credit card information to refund her directly. I explained that the refund would have to come from the third party she booked with and paid. She then asked if I would send her a check, to which I informed her that I can not refund her anything from us because she did not pay us directly.
