[redacted], Please let me know you received this and if there is any additional info needed. We received your communication referencing case number [redacted] and tenant [redacted]. We appreciate her business and regret that she has found any issue with the level of service she...

has received.  A review of [redacted] tenant ledger shows the following dated entries: [redacted] Tenant called and stated she would be moving out. (We request a two-week notice in advance vacating so this was appreciated)  However, the tenant did not vacate unit.  [redacted] The tenant made contact prior to the billing of rent for July to say she wanted to transfer to a smaller unit.[redacted] Tenant called at [redacted] pm to say she could not get in prior to the end of the day. Asked if her husband could come in to get the smaller unit, and then if they relocate items from unit [redacted] to a smaller unit before [redacted] if that would avoid them paying for a larger unit. Our representative stated she would call manager and check.[redacted] Our customer service rep, called tenant back and advised in order not to be billed she would need to move items from unit today. Also advised that we did not have any smaller units. (Availability is literally fluid this time of year as we have so few available and it changes quickly)  Our representative noted in the tenant ledger that [redacted] was upset and said had she would contact our corporate office. While we understand that [redacted] was not satisfied with the options we could offer then- communication with our corporate office did not happen until a week later.[redacted] As Regional Manager I was advised of a tenant calling our Charlottesville office by the rep there and called [redacted] in response the same day. Listening to [redacted] I understood that she was going to move into smaller unit then was informed there was no available unit. I explained that we do have limited availability this time of year and it can change as units can be vacated and filled very quickly. Rent accumulates each day and this was part of the consideration when we talked. To attempt to assist [redacted] in avoiding expense for unused time. I offered her a pro-rated vacate, this would allow her to pay only the amount of rent due for the number of days she had the unit in July and remove her items. (approx. [redacted]00 at that time instead of the [redacted].00 mentioned in her complaint) She agreed and said Monday ([redacted]) was good for her and that She would be in, in the morning to pay that amount and vacate.  She did not come to the property or call on that day. However, the solution offered is a fit based on what she states she wants as resolution.  As there has been no contact since the [redacted]. We await her arrival at the property to vacate the unit as agreed upon in that call between herself and I.  Please Note: There also is some confusion as to the size of unit [redacted] rents. It is a [redacted], not a [redacted] as stated in the complaint. Thank You[redacted]-- [redacted]
