Dear Revdex.com, The purchaser bought a random lot of pokemon cards off of me from ebayShe refuses to use ebay's return policy or dispute settling processShe has been offered a refund multiple times but refuses to take it (when she salid she was unsatisfied I initially sent her more
cards as well)I sold other lots like this during the holiday season and had zero complaintsI am completely sold, out of these pokemon cardsIf she is unsatisfied, I still do not mind issuing her a complete refund including her shipping if she returns the cards or uses ebay's resolution processShe refuses to use the resolution process because she knows that what she asks for is against ebay policy (exploiting a seller for more than what was bargained for)You can check my ebay feedback under famascoins, I have been doing this for over a decade with 99% positive feedback and a power seller rankingThat being said, I still will offer a full refund including her shipping costs, if she returns the cards through ebay's return policyThanks for your time *** ***
