I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint I[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I am NOT satisfied because this business did NOT send what was advertised (offered). Sending the cards back is not an option, Fama first (twice) said to send them back and he would replace them. on December 5th a response stated> the full arts should have been individually placed in top loads and the rres in a separate plastic container...none of these were received. said he would send 5 full arts and the 50 rares. received Rares and one Pokemon break which was Not in a top load on December 19. Told him did Not want them replaced with same because may end up with a "worse" batch. Was suppose to receive> 1000 random cards (received 906) Legendary Pokemon (received none) Pokemon Break(received none, got one with a group he shipped in december), Pokemon Mega (received none), Pokemon Star(received none)Shining pokemon(received none), FullArt cards(received none, Pokemon break received in December is a full art as well)25 random Trainers( received 25,yay a match), 25 Holos(received 24(:) close match). Fama's did sent the 50 rare cards in December so I did FINALLY get those. As above received one Break card, which I guess doubles as a Full art. yet he states he sent me more cards in his response...THE "more"CARDS he sent in December were ones missing from the original shipment. received NO rare cards in original shipment. He makes it sound like he made a magnanimous gesture by sending these 50 rares that he COMPLETELY left out of the original shipment along with 94 random cards I never received. Was suppose to be 1000 random (not 906) plus all the other items. a link to one of the photos in his ad...none of the cards looked like the photos in his ad,h[redacted] . I am dissatisfied with this transaction. a gift for my grandson, with all the duplicates we cannot play a game of Pokemon without purchasing more cards. Sending these back is not possible already gave the unduplicated ones to my grandson. I really just wanted to receive what I paid for. what the offering was...did not get that from this person. The photos he had on EBAY did not at all depict what was received, not even close. very deceptive in his selling practice. Tried 5 or more times to add 4 photos...not sure if it is working, as nothing happens after I click on "proceed"...obviously not doing this correctly. :/Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
