Fama's Hair Braiding

Unsatisfied CustomerPrevious to getting my hair braided at this establishment, I showed the owner a picture and asked if she could do my hair as pictured and she said yes and it will be $150. On November 4, 2015 as I was preparing to go to an event later on the night, I had gone to this establishment to get my hair done. As she started to braid my hair, her helper came in and started on my hair as well. She repeatedly asked the owner questions about my hair because she didn't seem to know. While she was braiding my hair the owner started on someone else hair, while her assistant continued with braiding my hair. I knew something wasn't right because the assistant kept asking questions. As they finished when I looked in the mirror she asked me if I liked it and I said yes but I wanted to know why didn't it look as the picture and she said I had to, "Play with it" When I got home to BETTER LIGHTING, it was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. On top of that one of my braids fell out. So, I called and spoke with the owner and I old her that one of my braids fell out and that I need for her to fix it and she asked me when did I want to come back and I told her NOW because I only had a few hours left to get ready for the event that was about to attend. So then she started telling me that she was sick and she didn't know what was wrong and that she couldn't drive her car that someone would have to drive her but, when I drove past her establishment an hour later she was still there. I had to drive past her establishment because I posted it on social media and my friend saw what had happened and offered to fix the problem, no charge. My friend couldn't fix the problem so I had to fix the problem my covering up what she messed up. I did ask for half of my money back but she insisted that my hair was suppose to look this way. Everyone who saw it felt the same way I did. I also have pictures of the the picture that I showed her and the pictures of my hair as soon as I got home.Desired SettlementI am asking for a full refund of my money.
