We are writing this letter in response to the recent complaint filed about Fame House, LLC that wassubmitted on 11/30/2017, containing the ID of ***We would like to address the customer’sresponse dated 12/7/2017:To address these questions individually:? “Where is there an indication that the album is “Download Only”? In their product descriptiongraphic there is a picture of what is clearly an audio CD in front of the t-shirt.”? In addition to the “Wonderful Wonderful - T-Shirt + Deluxe Digital Album” productdescription, the product graphic is of the Wonderful Wonderful cover art with a downwardarrow and circle indicating that it is a digital download:?? “Also, the fact that the product description includes the phrase “Deluxe Digital Album” does notpreclude this album being a physical CD because physical audio CDs are a digital mediumThis“digital” description to me meant that this was an audio CD and not a vinyl album- which isanalogue.”? The product for sale is a digital download not a CDThis is very clear on the siteDigitalDownloads are a widely understood product classification across all media, and neverrefer to a physical productA CD is not a download.? In addition, Physical CDs and physical vinyl albums are both available on the KillersOfficial Store site and are clearly visible on the same page as the product purchased,here is a screen shot of the store.?? “The bottom line is that if the product description clearly stated the album was “download only” Iwould not have made this purchaseI can easily download this album from Spotify or Apple Music(I have paid descriptions to both services)I have no need for a dowloaded version of this albumwhen I can get such content from several outletsI wanted a physical CD because this group is afavorite of mine.”? The product does state that it is a digital album and does not state that there will be a CD.There is a very notable distinction in the imagery as well as the title and descriptions ofthe products for the Wonderful Wonderful Deluxe digital downloads and physical CDsavailable for purchase on the Killers Official Store site, as evidenced by a product thatcontains both, the Wonderful Wonderful - Deluxe CD + Deluxe Digital Album shownbelowPlease note that this is not the product the customer ordered, but is clearly visiblebeside the product:?If you should have any questions or concerns regarding this information, please do not hesitate to contactus.Regards,Cary *** *** *** ***Fame House

It would appear that Fame House and I cannot come to an agreement regarding this issue If Fame House simply put "Download Only" somewhere in the product description I would not have made this purchase They did not add such a description and insist that such terminology is unnecessaryI disagreeAlthough I am certain Fame House did not deliberately try and mislead with their product description I was mislead none the less Fames House refuses to accept any responsibility regarding this complaint and instead insists that I should have known that the album was download onlyI am very disappointed with Fame House's refusal to admit that I may have at least a little bit of a point regarding my misunderstanding and offer to send me a physical CD or a refund Instead their response is a textbook example of poor customer service.Revdex.com:
