I am rejecting this response because:
I do not accept the way this man is describing his visit to my house He is describing me as a gone awry monkey I did not kick anything in my house When I arrived with my grand daughter he was standing in front of my house with another man I was carrying my sleeping grand daughter and trying to open the door I had to stop the door with my foot to prevent it to hit my grand daughter because neither one of them had the courtesy to hold the screen door for me while I opened the door Then I had to move her trycicle out of the way with my foot I went upstairs and laid her on the bed I did not know this sensitive man was offended by me using my feet to hold and move thing when I have both of my hands occupied I complained about the poor working skills that the group of people he sent to my house had And the lack of proffesionalism They did not use an underlayment for the laminated floor and all the floor nails on the floor are sticking out and a hole between the kitchen and the living room can be felt when you walk over it
The crew took a hammer and made several holes on the wall that are now covered by the ill installed cabinets I only saw the holes They said they would take care of it and next time I saw the cabinets I did not see ant material indicating they had fix those holes They ruined the brand new paint in the living room They ruined a brand new didining room table by removing the plastic lining and tablecloth and placing boxes of building material on it They did the cutting of the flooring boards with an electric saw inside the house I had to wipe all the walls from top to bottom and every piece of furniture in my house They ruined the air quality of my home where I had my months old baby They took twice the amount of time promised I called Adam (store manager) to come and supervise because I was scared to tell them anything because they were intimidating and aggresive anytime I questioned anything Adam showed up once during the almost three weeks period The kitchen faucet was leaking after they finished and one of them came back to fix it and said the faucet fixture was defective So I was forced to buy another one Plus the bottom of the cabinets under the sink was damaged by water The crew made it a point to let me know that they did not like to work for other *** like themselves No reason given And finally I have pictures to prove everything I filed the complaint after two years because when I went to their store, after several attempts to call, there was a mattress store in its place They moved and I did not know how to contact them I saw the store back at the original location a few days before I filed the complaint I, like any other person have the right to write a review in *** That is call freedom of speech and thats what the application was created for

My apologies for the delayed response to this complaint, I have been in and out of the office for weeks now due to my health. recently talked on the phone to a representative to alert them of my delays as well. I am writing about the complaint my business received on 10/20/2015 from [redacted],...

ID# [redacted] had stopped by our showroom on October 15, 2015 complaining about the job we had done for her on September 16, 2013 (2 years ago). We took in consideration her complaint, and went to her home on October 23, 2015 to inspect the problem. When we arrived to her home she was complaining about holes in the floor under the stove and when we moved the stove (with her standing nearby to watch) to inspect under it, there were no holes in sight. Then she pointed to the middle of her dining room, right next to the kitchen, where she had brand new flooring and said that “there is a hole under the brand new flooring, but it's not visible since it is covered by the flooring.” explained to her that I do not see any holes and there is nothing I can do since the “hole” you are talking about is under the floor and completely out of sight. She then became very upset and started kicking the baseboards, wall, and furniture. She continued to complain that "We have damaged her house and put holes everywhere,” but when I ask her to show me and lead me to these holes, she tells me that they are under the stove, behind the cabinets, under the brand new flooring which are all clearly out of sight and has to this day failed to show me any holes in any of those places listed above. When I asked her why she waited 2 years after the completion of her job to come complain, her response was that: "I thought you had disappeared,” I immediately told her that she should have called the store number because although we moved our location 2 doors down, we have held the same company number for over 20 years now, She claims that she had called a few times, but we never received the calis, Finally, she came to the point and said: "why are you sending Hispanic workers to my house, do you think we like each other? NO! We are enemies (hate) of each other...” At this point, thought it would be best to leave her house, which I did.The thing that does not process in my mind correctly is the way she handled this situation. Although we guarantee a 1 year warranty on the labor of our jobs, we still gave [redacted] a chance to make things right. She came complaining 2 years after her completed job and we still gave her an inspection within a week of her coming to the showroom and speaking to us in person. She went on to complain to The Revdex.com and leave us a bad review on [redacted] on 10/20/2015 before we even got the chance to inspect her house on 10/23/2015, I have handed this case on to my lawyer, [redacted], to have legal action taken on this case for the false information she has provided about my business on [redacted].Also Enclosed: the copy of the signed completion of the job on 9/16/2013. Upon the completion of her job on 9/16/2013 [redacted] was asked to sign a work order sheet to sign off that she was satisfied with the completion of her job. [redacted] signed and dated this work order sheet on 9/16/2013 which states that she has “Inspected the installation and/or the material described herein as complete and satisfactory.”Best Regards,Mike G[redacted]
