Review: My daughter cheered for Fame. There was an unfortunate incident with another Mother on the team, so we decided not to come back to the organization. I sent them an email letting them know this, and then they send me an email telling me that they had decided not to have my daughter back. I had already paid for the early registration of $135.00. I also had a credit of almost $18.00 that was on my account that was mine for working an event. The director sent me an email and told me on May 5th, that a check was already "cut" and mailed out to me for the $135.00 and for the $17.87. As of today, June 18th, 2014, I still have not received the check. I have contacted Fame numerous times in reference to sending me my money back. They keep avoiding and lying to me! The [redacted] finally sent me an email and told me that he is the one who handles the money, and that he was going to send out a check the week that he sent the email, well, that was on May, 27th, and I still have not received the check! I believe that this company is giving me the run around! I paid them faithfully every month, the least they can do is give me my money back on time. They should not have lied to me and told me that they had already sent me a check 2 times, and then not sent it out! That is just poor Customer Service, and lying! They tried to tell me they didn't have my correct address, I have sent it to them twice, then they tried to tell me that they have a 30-60 day policy, well it has already been over 30 days, and I was told from the beginning that the check was already sent out! Please help me get the money that I have worked hard for!Desired Settlement: I want the full refund that I am owed, and I want it sent overnight because it has taken so long to get here!
