I had broke my ankle in the process of finishing this pool. I had directed mr [redacted] to pick up the Jets from my supplier which is near his home and I thought this was done so I will be contacting him today to resolve this.
We are 95% done with this job and customer is satisfied. My customers always get what they pay for. If a change order is needed for extra work than we are waiting for approval and payment. We have rules in our contract that needs to be followed by the homeowner to make things run...
consistently and when that does not happen we are obligated to mediation. Than we go try and accomplish things on other jobs that are and come back when issues are resolved but it's a process and it can take time to get the crew to go back once they get started on another jobs task to complete. Bad weather frustrates and delays progress. In cases like these the customer needs to have patience and trust their contractor and not call them too much in a day because frustration is contagious.
