When I made my appointment with Familia Dental at first was because I was in a lot of painWhen I eat or drink hot or cold itemsI had an appointment which took several months to get see by a dentistWhile awaiting my appointment I was in a bad car accident that knocked out some of my front upper and lower teeth I also had a teeth to chip and was cutting my upper lip When this appointment finally came my insurance changed and root canal and full dentures were covered by my insurance companyI was told this by my dentist they would have to get a treatment plan sent to my insurance company and approved before I could be helpThe treatment plan was placed and approved Two days prior to my appointment where the treatment plan was to start I was called by a reception and told I had been scheduled to see the wrong dentist that the dentist does not accept my insurance so I was to reschedule my appointmentI agree to come to the office to do soOn the same day I go to office and is told by a reception that I will not be given another appointment in fact the treatment plan I was scheduled and approved was no longer offered at this particular office anymore and their corporate made this decision a couple of weeks ago at this office onlyThe reception then told me it will take longer and harder to get approved for this same treatment plan at another dentist officeNow this process took six months to a year to get this treatment plan as well as approved And now I am back were I started from I didn't receive any of the services that Familia Dental planed my insurance approved and I agreed to receiveThey even went as far as telling me to find another dentist office all togetherI am very dissatisfied with their procedures and how this was handled And I am still in severe pain with no just cause as to why I am now can't receive the treatment plan
