The service and especially the staff is exeptional in the Service Department I am always treated like family and enjoy my time there.....so glad I own a Toyota and have a great place to service it in Midland, Texas

I am writing on behalf of my husband as a customer at Toyota of Midland My husband did extensive research on the type of vehicle he wanted to purchase He selected the Chevrolet truck Of course, anytime a customer goes to purchase anything, especially a vehicle, he does so in good faith that he will receive his purchase in good quality and good standing This was certainly not the case with Toyota of Midland My husband was assured that the truck was in good working order and there were no issues Well, that was not the case at all Of course, I know all that the salesmen want to do is make a sale, and in this case, at any costThe issue was found with the wiring harness before the deal was finalizedThere were extensive issues to be found with the wiring harness in the engine and my husband took the vehicle back to be repaired efficiently as any customer wouldToyota of Midland stated they would replace the harness Well, I do not know what repaired meant to the mechanica

my review from google:
Worst dealership to do business with will not answer calls or emailsHave not processed paperwork in a timely fashion, I have to contact other means to handle my current problem with their team not being up to par and not doing as they say in a way that is beneficial to them and the customerIt is now over weeks and our issue still remains so if you could give me some kind of response for your action I would appreciate it!!
Response to Owner 7/28/I called like you had asked and no answerCould someone just call me
Response to Owner 8/17/still waiting on you all to do your paperwork and push it threw so we can get this situation fixed!
Dishonesty and unreliable nature of most of their departments!! This began in May to get this handled and they decided to not go threw with my request and I had to find this out on my own because no one wanted to talk to meI have now spoke with *** since *** will not speak to me neither will the owner Mr.*

Sold my Toyota in May on the 11th of this year was told I would receive two Insurance refunds from the selling of my car the gap insurance we have received it is the other ethos I believe is the name of the company insurance that we have not received a refund from Anna been told it would be forthcoming and it should have been here by the end of July I believe they're giving us quite the runaround for various reasons

I signed a vehicle purchase agreement with Toyota of Midland (sales contact: *** *** sales manager: *** ***) I then proceeded to book a flight and hotel for the pickup of the vehicle on Saturday, June Toyota of Midland collected a $down payment on my credit cardAll of this happened on Monday, June On Tuesday I booked a shipment spot for the vehicle to be shipped to Hawaii The expenses for travel, hotel and shipment are roughly $
On Thursday, June Cory Hawes called me to let me know that the car was sold to a third party and that Toyota of Midland could no longer sell the car to me I am now out of the expenses mentioned without any attempt of Toyota of Midland to rectify the situation Moreover, they still have a $charge against my credit card for the down payment

When we decided to look for a vehicle I didn't take it lightly and did as much research on dealerships as possibleWhen I chose to go to Toyota of midland one of the reasons I did so was because of their website and the claim that they do detailed inspections and their cars will run reliably for years
We had an amazing salesman, but after a week of having the vehicle we are already having issues
Now I realize I made the mistake of trusting a dealership that I thought would be reliable and trustworthyWe purchased the vehicle as is because unfortunately with two kids and the current state of the economy and the cost of living, anything that was certified pre-owned or had a warranty was far out of our budget's reachHowever, I felt like this company was reliableI thought that they would be a company where customer satisfaction was importantUnfortunately for us, that is not the case
I spoke to a manager and said I understood the vehicle was purchased as is, but you s

Put dollar deposit on a vehicle at this dealershipThey told me it would be at the dealership 8-weeksThe whole time I waited for the vehicle, I never received any phone calls to update me on the processI had tried calling them to get some info on it, but everytime I got a hold of someone they told me they would call me right back and I would never get that call backSo I had to physically drive to the dealership and then wait about minutes just so I can get some info on the orderWent about once every weeks because I could never get an answer on the phoneEvery time I went they told me the vehicle has not been approved yet to buildSo after waiting months, I had found another vehicle elsewhere to purchase, since my vehicle I ordered never got built and I needed a vehicle thenNow when I went to go get my deposit back from this dealership they tell me they cant give it back to me

Before you buy a used, certified pre-owned vehicle from Toyota of Midland be aware of what you maybe getting yourself into, as certified is the least of their concernI would say that they do not even look at their pre-owned vehicles, rather, that they turn them out as fast as they receive themSince purchasing my "certified" pre-owned vehicle, an oil change was done first week of purchase (oil was well burned, and low), within months of purchase truck was running hot (only had to add a gallon of antifreeze), and most recent was having trouble with transmission slippingUpon taking to Toyota, they wanted to replace a heater hose ($later) and found nothing to be wrong with transmission, however a second opinion at another dealer found that it was 1/quarts low of transmission fluidSo my point is, yes one has to maintain their vehicle , this is no surprise; however I would think that if a vehicle has been checked and cleared of any problem, the very least of what would have been done is all fluids to be checked and filled before saleI am still waiting a call from the GM, of which I'm sure I will never receiveThis is how your business and your concerns will be handled, so bewareMy first experience with purchase and my very last for sure!
