As part of ongoing treatment plans we are required to do urine drug screenings on a national and state level. This lab is a independent lab who does they're own billing our office does not receive any compensation from them nor any benefits from them. Mr. [redacted] has been a patient here for 10...
plus years and when he received his Explanation of Benefits from his insurance he immediately filed a complaint. Mr. [redacted] never received a actual bill from this Lab so this complaint should have never been filed. the provider contacted the patient and asked him why didn't he try contacting us regarding this issue because we could have explained to him that this is a outside lab and the issue would of been resolved.
