tour package was fully confirmed as was the transfer back to the airportThe itinerary Mr*** refers to is a itinerary for the weekly departure tour they were on, NOT a individual private tour itineraryAs their flights were bought by Mr***, he is responsible for knowing his flight details, and confirming the flightsWe take no responsibility for any earlier or later departures or changes that the ***s made that were not part of the packageRe-confirming or checking dates of air travel is a responsibility of the traveler as ITC did not sell themThe following is the information on the applications that were signed by Mr*** when they sent in their initial depositRESPONSIBILITY FOR FLIGHT AND PASSENGER ACCOMMODATIONS AND SERVICES: ITC is responsible for making all arrangements for tour services offered in the itineraryThe airlines, hotels, land operators and other suppliers providing services are independent contractors and not agents, employees or associates of ITCAcceptance and confirmation of your reservation is at the discretion of the airlines even after full payment has been madeITC assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with the service of an aircraft, motor coach, taxi, or other conveyances, which may be used in the performance of its duty to the passengersAll vouchers and other documents for services issued by the company are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the country where services are suppliedIf the tour services as indicated by the itinerary cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of ITC, we will arrange for provision of comparable servicesITC reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever ITC deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience and safety of the participant at any timeThe participant agrees that ITC shall not be liable for any changes in flight schedules, delays, weather conditions, damages, losses (including personal injuries, death and property losses) or expenses occasioned by acts or omissions of any person, including suppliers providing services, or for any acts of war, insurrection, revolts, or other civil uprisings, military actions, strikes, or acts of G-d occurring either in the country of origin, through passage or destinationNo person other than an authorized representative of ITC by written consent is authorized to vary, add or waive any term or condition in this agreementThank you, Marlene R

I am rejecting this response because: The agenda that ITC sent had the words "Confirmed" written in bold letters on virtually every line, including the INCORRECT date of my plane departure.  If the responsibility supposedly lies with me, why did ITC bother listing my incorrect date of departure and write the word "Confirmed" next to it?  One would think they would have written, "Check your own flight details for departure date and time." This is a classic case of a company attempting to cover their gross negligence and incompetence by attempting to blame the customer.  Let others be aware of the financial perils of dealing with such a grossly inept company.
