We started off wanting to replace our old heater. Had contractors come out for bids. After getting a bid from Family Air we decided to do both heater and A/C. Jerry made 3 bids because of our changing needs. He was very patient with our ongoing changes. Once they had the go-ahead, the crew worked very hard. They were all very professional, polite and explained everything as they went along. We could not be happier! We did not have to do a thing. Jerry pulled all required permits, filled out all required paperwork for rebates, etc. It was a pleasure working with Family Air. Family Air is the Gold Standard.
